Hey, I'm Lisa
I also own CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde with my wonderful husband! Being a CrossFit L2 Certified coach has exposed me to many different fitness levels, goals, and backgrounds. This hands-on experience allows me to adapt and tailor my personal training approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals with varying fitness requirements.
Furthermore, my own personal journey in fitness has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to guide you on your path to a stronger, healthier, and more confident you. I am on the chase to become a PROFESSIONAL Body Builder in the Figure Division of the International Federation of Body Building – so I walk the walk as well!

Certifications and Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT):
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine in order to bring proficiency in designing safe and effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS):
This qualification equips me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive nutritional guidance to complement your training regimen; making sure you are fueling your body appropriately to reach your wellness goals!
Group Fitness Instructor Certification:
As the owner of CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde, I am both CF L1 and L2 certified to lead group fitness classes, ensuring that participants receive motivating and effective workouts in a supportive environment.
CPR and
First Aid Certified:
Safety is paramount in any fitness setting. I hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid and recertify every two years.

Continued Growth and Expansion:
I have grown from a small personal training business; out of a sheer want to just help my friends and family lead healthier lives into a fitness hub!! I now own my own gym, personal train out of the Country Club of Colorado for my clients in the Broadmoor area, and EVEN TRAVEL TO MY CLIENT'S HOME GYMS - focusing primarily on the Broadmoor area of town.

Neubie Training Sessions:
- $125/session
- The Neubie - direct current muscle stimulation to contract the muscles, protect the joints, and promote muscle growth.
Nutritional Guidance:
- $60/1 hour consult - if independent of a personal training package
- FREE with a personal training package!
